Any prescribed supplements are an additional cost.

This extended return consultation is to delve deeper, assess blood work that was done after the first appointment, and create a plan for your health needs going forward.

Check on your progress; have your prescription tweaked, or try something new.

For return patients only.

Advice regarding acute presentations (a cold/flu, rash, allergy flare up, etc).

Review blood test results.

Answer a quick question related to your symptoms or treatment.

This is a group of 3 x 30 minute sessions, designed to give you practical, meaningful advice, and tools you can use to relieve and reduce stress, worry and anxiety.

This package consists of an initial consult, a detailed plan created for your specific dietary requirements, and a follow up consult to talk you through it.

A combination of Reiki and tools for accessing the innate wisdom, creativity, vitality and & inner guidance that resides within you. Can be done in person or via telehealth.
